PMM appoints new sales manager-Erik Garcia

PRECISION MACHINE & MANUFACTURING (PMM) APPOINTS NEW SALES MANAGER TO LEAD MINERALS & HEAVY METALS PROCESSING INDUSTRIES
Eugene, OR – Precision Machine & Manufacturing, Inc. (PMM) — A leading U.S. manufacturer of abrasion-resistant material handling equipment has announced the appointment of Erik Garcia as Sales Manager for the Minerals & Heavy Metals Processing industries.
Garcia joins PMM with an impressive background in operations and production management within the mining and explosives sectors. Most recently, he served as Operations Manager for Austin Powder Company in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he successfully expanded sales and led the operations team until the company’s acquisition by ENAEX Explosives. Prior to that, Garcia worked as Lead Production Miner with Small Mines Development in Golconda, Nevada, where he was deeply involved in underground mining operations, mechanical conveying systems, and the installation of advanced electronic and blasting systems.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Garcia has been formally educated in Industrial Electronic Engineering, Power Plant Maintenance, and Industrial Hydraulic Systems. His combined technical expertise and practical experience bring a strong foundation to PMM’s growing presence in the minerals and heavy metals processing sectors.
