How It Works

The Micro Valve housing, rotor, and endbells are precision-milled from blocks of 4140 abrasion resistant steel.

Rotors are held in Precision inventory in an unfinished state; pocket design and volumetric capacity are determined for each application and machined once an order is placed.

Rotors are sealed to the housing using two Quad-Ring viton or nitrile seals inserted into square grooves machined into the rotor body.

Self-aligning bearings and Viton lip seals in the endbells provide protection against dust migration.

Nord fractional-HP, shaft-mounted gear-motor drive packages.
